The owners of this family house approached us with the vision of creating a permanent, potentially lifelong home. Therefore, the interior needed to be crafted from high-quality materials. Ultimately, the choice fell on darker tones, premium wood veneer, and stone flooring, complemented by softer, lighter shades to create a sense of comfort and coziness.
The dark wood veneer gives the interior a luxurious and exclusive feel, while remaining timeless enough to maintain its elegance for years to come. To add vitality, we incorporated muted green in the upholstered elements. The decision to include carefully selected designer statement piecesenhanced the overall interior.
he layout of the family house was very traditional, leaving little room for unconventional solutions. Therefore, when designing the interior, we focused on zoning—its scale and connections—so that each function had its own defined space. The modern kitchen, featuring a worktop and an island made of technical stone, is highly functional and provides ample storage. Additional storage was cleverly integrated into the living room, concealed behind wall paneling.
This project also included a detailed selection of furnishings (a shopping list), ensuring a cohesive design and giving the clients the opportunity to complete the interior exactly as envisioned. A list of the decorative elements used in the dining area can be found among our design tips HERE.
